What is the monthly rent amount for your property?

Our team will visit your property twice per year to ensure that your home is well cared for by your tenants and guests.
We will perform a detailed inspection, including pictures and status updates on all rooms and systems. We also change filters and check the batteries in your smoke detectors as needed.
Investors don’t like surprises! Your Hawaiian Dream property managers will make thorough notes of any issues to be aware of with your rental home and send you detailed notes and images, so you stay up to date.
For many landlords, eviction is one of the most stressful outcomes of a violated lease. When there's trouble in paradise, we will pay up to 30 days of lost rent—and up to $1,200 towards eviction expenses.
Life happens; on occasion, there are life events that happen to tenants which cannot be caught by the screening process. These may include the loss of their job or a personal crisis.
Our Rent and Eviction Protection Plan (REPP) is designed to give you peace of mind knowing you won’t be caught covering the full expense of an eviction.
With our protection plan, you will be paid rent even if the tenant defaults and we start the eviction process with the courts. We will cover all attorney and court costs associated with evicting the tenant up to $1,200.
